ABC7 & Southern California Firefighters Celebrate 25 Years of Giving

Over the past 25 years, Spark of Love has successfully collected more than 8 million toys. The campaign collects new, unwrapped toys and sports equipment for underserved children and teens in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Ventura and Riverside counties. The campaign runs through Christmas Eve, and our goal is to exceed last years’ collection of 450,000 toys.

On Friday, December 1, bring your new, unwrapped toy or sports equipment and join Los Angeles County firefighters along with Leslie Lopez and Ashley Brewer from ABC7 as we collect toys for children and teens at the Los Cerritos Center. The toy drive will run through December 24, 2017.

The 2017 Toy Request Application for non-profit organizations is now open. The Los Angeles County Fire Department will work to fulfill toy donations requests from eligible organizations with programs that help support the neediest children.
