Be prepared to participate in: Push/ups / Pull-ups / Sit-ups / Planks / Stamina (Beep) Test

Required Day 1 Exercise Attire:

  • Loose fitting mid-thigh navy blue shorts
  • Navy blue or white T-shirt
  • White ankle socks and running shoes

NO: Tank tops, stretch pants, skin-tight shorts or dolphin shorts

Residents and neighbors may need to rely upon one another to help with immediate life saving needs, particularly in isolated neighborhoods that may be cut off from the main roads.

The County of Los Angeles Fire Department Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training was developed through FEMA to provide basic fire safety and life saving skills.

All Classes are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
