City of Covina Honors LACoFD Firefighter for Outstanding Service 150 150 Adam Carrillo

The City of Covina honored Los Angeles County Fire Department’s (LACoFD) Fire Fighter Specialist (FFS) Jason Olivieri from Fire Station 154 as its “Firefighter of the Year” on Tuesday, December 17, 2019.  The recognition took place during the regular city council meeting at city hall.

LACoFD team members joined Covina’s Mayor John King and City Council Member Walt Allen in honoring FFS Olivieri and other first responders.

FFS Olivieri has been with the Department for nearly 10 years.  Described as a hard worker with great attention to detail, FFS Olivieri was selected for the distinguished award because he has demonstrated outstanding commitment and service to the residents of Covina.
