On Thursday, December 12, 2019, Los Angeles County Fire Chief Daryl Osby attended the 2019 Smart and Safe Cities Forum where he shared his perspectives about the fire service and the importance of technology in protecting lives and property.

On Thursday, December 12, 2019, Los Angeles County Fire Chief Daryl Osby attended the 2019 Smart and Safe Cities Forum where he shared his perspectives about the fire service and the importance of technology in protecting lives and property. During his presentation, he also discussed how individuals and families can do their own part in preparing for a large-scale emergency.

The forum took place at the Veterans Memorial Building in Culver City.  It brought together civic leaders from all over California to discuss how communities can create smarter and secure cities through innovation and partnership.
