As part of National Safety Month, Fire Fighter Specialist Randolph Lopez, Fire Fighter Joel Entreken and Fire Fighter Joshua Reyes from Fire Station 120 conducted a safety presentation at Tetra Tech in Diamond Bar on Wednesday, June 26, 2019.

Tetra Tech is a global company that works primarily on solid waste landfills.  In their educational demonstration, firefighters provided tips for home and workplace safety for the company’s 80 employees who later sent a letter of thanks and praise to the Division 8 office.

“(They) provided useful tips for our field trucks, including a recommendation that we add shovels to our fleet for possible vegetation fires on work sites,” said Kristin Kassouf, Project and Safety Coordinator at Tetra Tech.

The company also sent its appreciation to the Department for its service and commitment to the businesses and residents in the City of Diamond Bar.
