Queen of the Valley Hospital Honors FFPM Chairez

(LACoFD) Firefighter Paramedic Anthony Chairez was named ‘Paramedic of the Year’ at a luncheon hosted by Queen of the Valley Hospital in West Covina.

On Thursday, May 29, 2018, Los Angeles County Fire Department Firefighter Paramedic Anthony Chairez was named ‘Paramedic of the Year’ at a luncheon hosted by Queen of the Valley Hospital in West Covina.

Chairez was nominated by his fellow fire personnel and Medical Intensive Care Nurses for his knowledge of policies, protocols, and most importantly, his care for patients.

He embodies the Department’s core values of caring, commitment, community, courage, teamwork and integrity.

Paramedic of the Year is an award given during Emergency Medical Service (EMS) week to recognize paramedics that possess superior care and professionalism.
