At 2:57 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, County firefighters responded to a brush fire burning in a State Responsibility Area, at Mulholland Highway and Malibu Canyon Road in the City of Calabasas. 228 personnel are assigned to this ongoing incident. Forward progress has been stopped on the brush fire.
Structure protection is in place for communities to the east of the fire. One minor firefighter injury has been reported.
