The County of Los Angeles Fire Department is proud to congratulate Inna Sarac, Disability Management and Compliance Section Management Analyst, who received the Productivity Manager-of-the-Year award at the 36th annual County of Los Angeles Productivity and Quality Awards (PQA) luncheon.
This event took place at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion Music Center in Downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.
The PQA ceremony is an opportunity for the Board of Supervisors, Chief Executive Office, and the Quality and Productivity Commission to honor departmental productivity and quality improvement efforts deserving recognition. Eighty award entries, representing $3.4 billion in cost savings, revenue, and improved services to the communities in Los Angeles County, were submitted for consideration.
The 2023 Commission Special and Top Ten winners represent innovative ways to empower some of the most underserved, disadvantaged, and vulnerable populations in the County—children, justice involved individuals, young people of color, and people experiencing food insecurity.
